By accessing or using CRM Mutant ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
CRM Mutant is a customer relationship management platform that provides tools for managing contacts, deals, tasks, and business relationships. The Service includes web-based applications, APIs, and related features as described on our website.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for subscription fees already paid.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for Professional plans and 99.99% for Enterprise plans. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CRM Mutant and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM Mutant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CRM Mutant is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
